Each appointment must be confirmed by providing card details at the time of booking. Failure to confirm the appointment within 3 hours will result in automatic cancellation.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment. In such cases, a 100% fee will be charged. However, we will accommodate
the remaining time of the booking by performing a partial procedure.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum notice of 48 hours in advance.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we appreciate receiving a notice at least 72 hours
in advance via a text message or booking app.
