Nails (including Gel Manicure/ Pedicure)

If your stunning gel nails happen to chip within one week after your appointment, don't worry! Reach out to us, and we'll be delighted to provide complimentary touch-ups.

• Please note that accidental breakage due to household activities is not included in this offer.

Lash Extensions

We're here to make your lashes look fabulous, and we stand by our work. If you notice any lash extensions falling out within the first week, get in touch, and we'll happily arrange a re-fix.

• Please note that using mascara or oil-based makeup removers or exposing your lashes to sauna conditions may affect the longevity of your extensions and are not covered by this guarantee.

Brows (Lamination, Shaping, Tinting)

We want your brows to be your best feature! If you're not thrilled with the shape or color of your brows, reach out within three days of your appointment, and we'll gladly redo them for you at no extra charge.

Lash lift

Your satisfaction with your lash lift is important to us. Please reach out if you find the results unsatisfactory within the first three days after your appointment. We'll provide a complimentary fix to ensure you achieve the best possible outcome.
